The Salomon S/View Photo MTN is designed for tour skiers and splitboarders who want a lightweight goggle with good protection even while going uphill. The goggle has a slim, close-to-the-face design, but the special thing about this goggle is that the strap on the side consists of an open elastic band. This makes it extremely ventilated and you can use it for touring as well!

In addition, the Salomon S/View Photo MTN has a Photocromic lens with a wide field of vision that adapts to any type of weather. If it gets dark: then the lens will lighten, but as soon as the sun starts to shine, the lens darkens automatically. This way you never have to carry extra lenses with you!

A totally clear lens for dark conditions typically have around 60-80% VLT and a very dark colored lens with mirror for sunny conditions may have down to 25% VLT.
